I recently stayed at a hotel in Shanghai during Christmas and had a pleasant experience. The first thing I liked about the hotel was the comfortable and spacious room. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The second thing that stood out was the location. The hotel was conveniently located near many good restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore and find things to do. Lastly, I enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who made sure I had a pleasant stay.

There were a couple of things that could be improved at the hotel. First, there was a bad stench in the hallway leading to my room.

The comfortable beds ensure a great night's sleep, and the breakfast offers a diverse selection of delicious food.

The front desk staff can be slow and sometimes confused when handling requests that deviate from routine.

they firstly gave me a very poor condition room which was suppose to be a deluxe one... this room was 20 years old, old fashion, poor condition bathroom, very old standard. after insisting I had a new room in tower 2 according to new hotel standards. Gym room, very poor and old fashion with rusty machines and unfriendly staff.

I have been staying at this hotel for 15 years, primarily because it is the hotel of the Shanghai film festival. The architecture is 1980ies, and the bathrooms etc, are dating from the period. The hotel is becoming a bit seedy, yet I recommend it.

Stayed at Crowne Plaza in Shanghai and was impressed with the convenient location and awesome service. The club lounge, managed by Annie Gu, was a highlight with friendly and professional staff. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with fast free wifi and a comfortable bed. The service was top-notch, with helpful and English-speaking staff. The breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious. it was a great experience for business travelers like us, who need to travel frequently within China.
